Woodlake Assembly: Women's Retreat: I'm Still Singing... March 19-20, Tulsa
Tuesday Mornings.... Starting March 2nd When: Tuesday mornings from 9:30am - 11:00 am Where: Fireside Room Subject: "Never Give Up" by Joyce Meyer; "Get Out of That Pit" by Beth Moore Taught by First Lady Cynthia Frizzelle, this ever-popular Women's Bible Study is a time of study, reflection, prayer and personal growth. Beginning March 2, this will be a 13-week course. All women are invited to attend. There is a sign-up sheet at the Information Desk if you need to order one of the books, or need childcare.
JOY Fellowship Monday, March 22nd; 6:30 pm Food Theme: POTLUCK Attention all Ladies of Miami First! You are cordially invited to join us in the Fireside Room for an evening of food, fun and fellowship. We'll be going GREEN for the month of March. Our theme will be Recycling and we will have a special speaker. Bring your favorite dish. Childcare will be provided, and we will feed the children a light supper for you! Don't miss this wonderful evening especially for you. SAVE THE DATE, MAY 20-22, 2010 Mark it on your calendars, Ladies (and gentlemen)! First Assembly will be attending the Joyce Meyer Conference in Springfield this May! Details will be announced as arrangements are made, but save the date. Some of us are working the conference; we will take vans back and forth for the 7 pm sessions and Saturday; and some will choose to stay in Springfield for the entire conference. You don't want to miss this great opportunity to hear Joyce live and be inspired by great teaching, great worship with Matt Redman, and enjoy great fellowship! Best of all... SCHEDULE Thursday, May 20 7:00 pm Friday, May 21 10:00 am & 7:00 pm Saturday, May 22 10:00 am Each session will include a powerful message from Joyce and feature worship with Matt Redman. LOCATION JQH Arena 685 South John Q Hammons Parkway Springfield, MO 65806 (417 836-5240 Doors will open 2 hours prior to each session, so be sure to arrive early so you can grab a seat and have time to check out the resource tables. Interpretation for the deaf and hard of hearing will be provided. These sections will be reserved until 30 minutes before the start of each session.
WOMEN'S MINISTRIES This is a support ministry for the women in our church. From JOY Fellowship, wedding and baby showers, and funeral dinners, to Bible Studies and Prayer Groups, as well as missions and benevolence projects, this ministry is one of the most active and service oriented ministries in the church. We welcome and celebrate all women! WM Coordinator: Sereta Dillon JOY Fellowship This extension of Women's Ministries meet for times of fellowship and encouragement.
