PRAY for Physical Health
Illlness robs missionaries of time and strength. 
Pray for protection from infections and diseases. 

PRAY for Emotional Health
The enemy uses discouragement, loneliness, temptation and feelings of inadequacy to bring confusion and a sense of ineffectiveness.  Pray for power to resist Satan's attacks and the will to rejoice in spite of difficulties. 

PRAY for Professional Relationships
A missionary needs a servant's heart, a cooperative spirit and wisdom to work with other missionaries and national believers.  Pray that God's favor is evident in work-related relationships. 

PRAY for Family Relationships
Loving family relationships are a testimony to unbelievers that God's Word is true and His principles work.  Missionaries are normal people and face family problems, misunderstandings and challenges.  Pray that God gives them grace and the ability to walk in love and forgiveness.

PRAY for MK's
MKs (missionary kids) have unique privileges but face extraordinary circumstances and, in some cases, feel isolated and detached from familiy and friends in the United States.  Pray that they feel a part of their parents' ministries and are given opportunities to reflect Christ's love in their schools.  Pray that they feel protected and loved by the Lord, their families and the body of Christ. 

PRAY for Cultural Adaptation and Language Learning
Learning a new language and adapting to unfamiliar sights, sounds and thinking are difficult.  Pray that God gives missionaries flexibility, the gift of language learning, and the ability to appreciate cultural diversity. 

PRAY for the Holy Spirit's Anointing
Pray that missionaries' prayer and study times are productive.  Pray for wisdom, clarity and direction in ministry activities.

PRAY for Itineration
About one-quarter of AGWM missionaries are ministering in churches throughout the United States.  Pray that God gives them favor with believers and church leaders, the ability to present their ministries effectively, protection as they travel and financial support to return to their places of ministry.
